Description

Innovation is a tricky word to define. However one thing remains true, innovations and ideas are not synonymous. In order for an idea to become an innovation it must be rooted in need and it must be actionable. In this program you will learn about tools and techniques to search for and encourage innovation in your organization, as well as the skills needed to build a business case and communicate your ideas effectively to ensure implementation.

This session is designed to be interactive. As a result, we will introduce and discuss concepts and then apply them through exercises with the goal of reinforcing approaches for inspiring creativity and innovation in your business.
