Lance Hyde was promoted as the Diversity Manager for EQT Corporation. A few of his many achievements include, more than a billion dollars of contracts awarded to MBE suppliers in 2018; a white paper submission for the NMSDC’s Petrochemical Energy Industry Group; and development of an innovative Tier 2 reporting portal.
Over the years, Lance has taken an innovative approach in his work to expand supply chain diversity. He created an annual, one-of-its-kind, “Matchmaking Event” focused on enhancing supplier diversity in the oil and gas industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay and an MBA from Waynesburg University where he was chosen to be the Commencement Speaker and graduate program representative.
