Patricia has worked with the Federal government since 1979 after graduation from Shaw University with a BS in Accounting and Business Management.
She obtained a MBA and a PhD in Theology. She has been with the EPA since 1985 and is currently with the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU).
It is her mission to support the protection of the environment and human health by fostering opportunities for partnerships, contracts, and grants for small and socioeconomic disadvantaged concerns.
She provides small businesses with technical assistance in business management practices, exploring grants and contract opportunities, marketing strategies, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions and group business counseling sessions.
