Brian Suh is the director of the Technology Transfer Office at Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), a U.S. Navy laboratory in San Diego, California. He is responsible for identifying potential R & D collaboration and commercialization opportunities to enable strategic partnerships between government, industry, and academia.

Employed by SSC Pacific since 2002, Suh manages its Cooperative Research and Development Agreement and intellectual property licensing programs, as well as the marketing and commercialization efforts for current and new technologies developed at the laboratory. He also serves as the Far West Regional Coordinator for the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC), representing over 50 federal laboratories in the eight western states earning Mr. Suh recognition as the FLC 2013 National Laboratory Representative of the Year and the Region’s 2011 Laboratory Representative of the Year.

Mr. Suh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and received his Master of Business Administration from the Rady School of Management at University of California San Diego. He also holds the Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
