Grace Puma Whiteford is chief supply officer for PepsiCo. She leads the company’s Global Procurement and Global Logistics functions as well as PepsiCo’s Worldwide Flavors. Grace is a strategic partner across business units providing enterprise leadership for supply chain, procurement, commodity risk management, plant health and safety, productivity initiatives an product quality, in addition to overseeing 11 concentrate manufacturing plants. Hired in 2010 as chief procurement officer she led the transformation of procurement from a decentralized function to one that is globally integrated and connected.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Grace served as chief procurement officer for United Airlines; led key areas of global procurement for Kraft Foods and held procurement roles at Motorola and Gillette.

Grace earned her B.A. in Business Administration and Economics, Illinois Benedictine University. She served on the boards of the Marietta Corporation, Institute for Supply Managers and Chicago’s Steppenwolf Theatre. Recognized by ExecRank as top four out of 5,000 chief procurement officers across all industries, and was named “Executive of the Year” by Latina Style magazine.
