Ulice Payne is an advisor for global trade compliance solutions, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. He previously served as the Managing Partner of the headquarter office of the Foley & Lardner LLP law firm and also served as Chair of the International Business Team at the firm where he represented global and domestic companies in cross-border transactions. He is also the Managing Member of Sasafrasnet, a Chicago-based licensed motor fuel distributor of BP North America and ExxonMobil.

Mr. Payne received his BS in Business Administration from Marquette University, and his JD from Marquette University Law School. He served as law clerk for Hon. Terence T. Evans, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Payne received an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Marian College of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin in 2004.

Mr. Payne was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club from 2002-2003 and was a member of the 1977 NCAA championship basketball team at Marquette University.
