Linda Spillman is a Marine Corps Veteran with almost 30 years of federal service in the procurement field with the Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies to include the: Department of Labor (DOL), Job Corps, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM) Office of Procurement Services, U.S. Marine Corps, and Veterans Employment and Training Services (VETS).
She has served as an Acquisition Manager, Agency Program Coordinator, a Procurement Analyst, a Senior Contracting Specialist, and a Warranted Contracting Officer.
